Drinking water comes from a spring in the forest. It is filtered by mechanical filtration and ultraviolet rays. Refillable bottles are available for your lodge.

Toiletries and toilet paper are fully biodegradable. Avoid all use of non-biodegradable products, and do not flush anything down the toilet.

Precautions and advice

Humidity and numerous animals, including mosquitoes, are part of the jungle universe. This is the Jungle. Don't worry, your well-being is our priority: in your rooms, you'll find “anti-mosquito” spirals to burn and cotton mosquito nets around your bed. A repellent in your luggage is a good idea. Avoid leaving open food or sweet drinks in your rooms, to avoid attracting animals.

The paths around and within the property can be very slippery. Please be careful. Boots, a parka and a flashlight will be very useful. Kerosene lamps are available for night-time use.
